Step 1: Download the Support Module

Click the button to download our secure remote access client. This tool is lightweight and does not require a full installation.

Step 2: Launch the Program

"Open the Application"

Once the download is complete, locate and double-click the RustDesk file. If prompted by a security warning (Windows SmartScreen), please select "Run" or "Open" to proceed.

Note: The application runs in "Portable Mode," meaning it will not make permanent changes to your system.

Step 3: Provide Your Credentials

"Share Your Access Code"

Once the program is open, you will see two sets of numbers on the main dashboard:

1. Your ID (9 digits)

2. Password (Temporary code)

Please provide these credentials to your technical analyst via phone or secure chat to initiate the encrypted session.

Security & Privacy

🔒 You Are In Control:

+ Manual Termination: You can end the support session at any time by simply closing the application.

+ One-Time Access: Your password is automatically regenerated after every session. We cannot reconnect to your computer without your explicit permission and a new code.

+ End-to-End Encryption: All data transmitted during the session is secured using industry-standard encryption protocols.
